This product works great-stabilizes your walk up and down the ladder. The yellow plastic (i believe nylon) balls on the end of the stabilizer are heavy duty and seem like they will last for decades. It arrived quickly. It was well built & allowed my to do my project. Good design. Only small issue is one set of holes punched for the bolts had burs and were not clean so the bolts could slide through. I had to clean up these holes so the bolts could fit. Other than that. Nicely done.

You sent me a returned product. An extra set of instructions and nuts and bolts were included however the cross brace on this item had been rounded out by the previous owner. I was able to make the repairs but this doesn’t reflect very well on your company.

I had the same problem as Mr. Burkhart (03/03/2021), the hole in the cross brace on this item was too big (or perhaps rounded out) but only on one side, that made assembly more difficult than it should have been (since the bolt kept slipping when I attempted to tighten the nut).
Also agree with Mr. Martin (12/09/2020), the assembly directions should be reviewed. Need 11mm wrench not a 10mm (but this is not a big deal, since you will figure it out pretty quickly).
Overall, this is a very good product; it seems sturdy and is quick/easy to install and remove.

The only problem I had was the tie bar on the top didn’t fit properly. The hole in there for the carriage boat was too big. The support team did contact me within 24 hours and didn’t really have a great solution. I ended up buying my own carriage bulbs that worked out fine. I realized they did not manufacture this and their support was adequate.

There are some extra holes in the bent pipe, which can weaken the stabilizer’s integrity. Also the end caps are plastic, not rubber, not very good grip when put against painted siding. Otherwise – great accommodation for accessing rooftop, avoiding gutters.

Hard to rate at this point with snow on the ground. Purchased for three son-in-laws and husband for Christmas after watching gutter cleaning in the fall and Christmas lights just after Thanksgiving. Have another that only rests on the siding and not on the roof itself as this one does. Keeps the ladder from twisting and this one puts you ABOVE the gutter.

Great price with quick delivery. Came in original box. Easy assembly. Fit the wide end of my gorilla ladder. Added wood spacers to secure set out in center of ladder. Doesn’t fit straight part of ladder. Fit wide end but loose. Moved back and forth so added wood to secure better. Worked great. Safer. Did the job. This dealer had best price on internet. Package arrived a little beat up but in one piece. Description says it’s made of aluminum but it is steel. One of the brackets was bend and I had to carefully straighten it up so it doesn’t break the riveting. The square holes in the arms are larger than the lag bolts included and that allows them to spin at assembly – adding to the difficulty when putting it together. All this is the reason for the 3 star rating. It works well for keeping my 40ft latter off the gutters and avoid damage, a little heavy. I was hoping the aluminum construction promised in the description will help with the weight…
