An adequately sized roof vent cap could not be sourced by my builder for months. Roofing Direct sent me two of the exact items needed and they arrived within 4 days after I placed my order.

Everything arrived as expected and as described in good condition. One exception, flap does not have gasket or foam surround to seal from drafts or dampen sound upon closing. Otherwise, was a quick painless purchase with good communication and an otherwise very quality product.

It would have been nice if the screen was screwed into the piece. It wants to pop out and im afraid once it s put up it will blow out and i will never know it.

Hi Timothy, the screen can fall out due to the shaking of the box during transit. It is fairly easy to reinstall and should not come out again under normal use. Please let us know if you need any help getting it put back in.
