The Natural Light Switches for Solar Attic Fans have two options available a thermal snap switch and the fire safety switch. The fire safety switch is designed to stop the spread of house attic fires by shutting down the fan. It features a fusible link that will melt at 228°F. It can be easily installed alone or in conjunction with the thermal switch. The Natural Light Switches for Solar Attic Fans has a thermal switch option which is designed to turn on the fan when attic temperature reaches 80°F, and it also turns off the fan when the attic temperature goes below 70°F. It is a small device that easily attaches to the fan motor.
