No, unfortunately this diffuser is only compatible with Natural Light models.
The 14″ measurement is the size of the tube required. Your 13″ tube would not be compatible with this diffuser.

Yes, the 14″ refers to the size of the diffuser only (clear cover).
To remove these diffusers you twist them in a counter-clockwise motion.

We currently do not offer any stand alone trim rings for your model of tubular skylights. We do offer a diffuser kit that comes with the glass diffuser and the trim pieces to attach to the tubular skylight. You can view that product here.
The 10″ diffuser might work for you. It has an ID of 10″ and an OD of roughly 12.5″.
According to the manufacturer, this model is only compatible with other OLD/EZ Series skylights.
Hi, the trim ring attaches by twisting on and off. The inner diameters are the listed sizes (10″ or 14″) while the outer diameter dimension is approximately 2.5″ larger.
