I paid for my order then was called a few days later to inform me that I needed to pay an additional $200 for delivery or they would cancel my order. The old bait and switch. I was in a bind so I paid it but I will never order from them again.

This item was incorrectly configured on our website and you were able to purchase it without paying for the accurate shipping fee. In these rare situations, we normally offer to substitute for 5’ lengths (with free shipping), or call to collect payment for the remaining shipping cost.
