Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm MST, but you can place orders 24/7! Orders placed after 5pm MST will be received and processed the next business day. We are closed Saturday, Sunday, and all major holidays.

Yes. We can sell to contractors, as well as to the general public.

No, we do not install products. If you are not comfortable performing your own installation, you will need to contact a professional contractor.

Shipping & Return Policy

The estimated delivery dates are provided on the product and checkout pages. Most in stock products are eligible for “priority” or “expedited” shipping for an additional charge. Large quantity or volume orders can take a few extra business days to ship, and custom orders may require more time as well. Since is a supplier of hundreds of brands and products, this means that some products may be shipping directly from the manufacturer. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. We cannot be liable for shipping delays outside of our control.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with your tracking number. You will then be able to track it by either visiting the shipper’s website and inputting your tracking number, or logging into your online account, clicking on “My Orders,” and then clicking “Track Order.”

Once your returned item has been received in our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your package and confirming your credit. We recommend waiting at least 5 business days before you contact us in regards to your return. Keep in mind that credits can take up to two credit card billing cycles to appear on your statement.

If the shipping address or the name or contact information on your order is incorrect, please contact us right away at [email protected] so that we can get it corrected. If you’d like to edit your account information for future orders, please login to your account and click “Update Profile.” If you need help with your online account, please contact us. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
